The wellness area is a generous place for your relaxation. You will find a swimming pool with massage elements, an indoor whirlpool, a sauna world and a relaxation area with a direct magnificent view of the Lomnicky Peak.

There is also a wide selection of drinks available directly from the wellness bar. In addition to perfect care, you will also enjoy the view of Lomnicky Peak, directly from the hotel pool.

The pool is 12 metres long and 6 metres wide and is equipped with massage elements that will make your stay in the water more pleasant.

The area is complemented by a relaxation zone with a magnificent view of the Lomnicky Peak and a pleasant bar where, in addition to classic drinks, we will also provide you with healthy herbal teas.

The water in the pool has a constant temperature of 29°C to 31°C.

The healing effects of the sauna have been known since time immemorial. The hot air in the sauna induces sweating and excretion of harmful substances, opens the pores of the skin, improves its blood circulation, elasticity and appearance. At the same time, it has a soothing and relaxing effect.

That's why we have prepared several types of saunas, which you can combine to create your own sauna world. We have added an indoor whirlpool and an experience shower, or a bucket full of cold Tatra water.

  • FINNISH SAUNA

    Finnish sauna is used for regeneration and overall relaxation, strengthening resistance to stress load, relaxation after physical and mental exertion and strengthening the body's defences. Sweating flushes out toxins from the body and hardening after the sauna has a beneficial effect on your blood vessels.

    The sauna allows for a total sweat bath in the hot dry air. The humidity is between 10 and 25% and the ideal temperature is between 75 and 100 °C. Sauna bathing also includes 'steam shocks' (a sudden increase in the humidity of the air, e.g. by pouring water over hot stones), which changes the evaporation of sweat and further increases the core temperature of the body.     The high temperature stimulates the immune system and the essential oils help to achieve a deeper and more restful sleep. The temperature in this sauna ranges from 40° to 45°C and the humidity reaches up to 100%. The recommended stay in the sauna is a maximum of 20 min.

  • ICE BUCKET

    The essence of the positive effects of hydrotherapy is the optimal water temperature, water buoyancy and targeted flow. It also has a beneficial effect on the human psyche, relieving tension, anxiety and depression, increasing the body's defences, inducing a feeling of euphoria, relaxation and calm.
